Charles Baker is Managing Director for My Rewards. He brings with him over 18 years of executive level sales, client services, and operations experience, primarily in the Banking, Technology, and Consulting Services industries.

Charles joined the My Rewards team as part of the acquisition of Furnace, Giltner and Associates where he had served as Vice President of Sales. Prior to that, Charles spent seven years as Vice President of Operations for Sunset Direct, Inc. where he oversaw all Client Services related activities as well as the profit and loss management for all of Sunset Direct’s Clients.

Charles has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas State University.
He lives in Austin, TX with his wife and three children, who take up most of his free time.
