Robert E. Sterner is Executive Vice President for My Rewards. He and his team have successfully implemented profitable rewards programs for hundreds of financial institutions across the United States.

Since joining the organization in 2003, Robert has supervised the customer service department, managed the GIFT^® program, and spearheaded all sales efforts. He brings more than 10 years of experience in the hospitality and customer service industries to the organization.

Robert has a BS in Business Management from UNC Wilmington’s Cameron School of Business. He lives in Wilmington, NC with his wife and daughter. A die-hard Carolina basketball fan, he enjoys watching the Tar Heels win; the Blue Devils lose; and he doesn’t really care how well the rest of the teams do.
